This Is Newly Printed Music
Take a journey back in time to 1929 when those attending Carnegie Hall
on the evening of November 4 received this program containing: “After more than a quarter of a century Carnegie Hall possesses an organ
worthy of the admiration of musicians and music lovers.” “The organ will, of course, reveal its qualities this evening. It is an
instrument which is significant both as a solo instrument and as one suited to performing works for organ and orchestra. It is a masterpiece
of the organ builder’s art.” If you would prefer a downloaded copy of the program, you may
get it here,
free for you, as a PDF. The printed copy that you may buy replaces the original hand-stiched ivory paper with less expensive white paper and staples.
On the other hand, the PDF is my gift to you. I hope that perusing this program, which includes the full specification, will increase your knowledge.
Yon played his
Second Concert Study in this dedication program.
