This is a new printing of the original edition on sturdy, acid-free paper. Bingham’s Op 9 No 4 is based on
St Flavian (“Lord, Who Throughout These Forty Days”), was first issued in a magazine by the Boston Music Company.
It was later issued as #255 in the Saint Cecilia series from H W Gray. 8 pages. Highest quality guaranteed. Size of music is

Seth Daniels Bingham (1882-1972) was
convinced by a teacher that he should study in France, and so during 1906 in Paris he studied organ with Widor and Guilmant and
composition with d’Indy. He taught at Yale, Columbia, and Union Theological Seminary and served in churches. The French influence
is felt throughout his music. He dedicated this piece to the great organist,
Joseph Bonnet. Moderate.
