at both AGO and ATOS conventions of 1966. Highest quality

This Is Newly Printed Music
Billy Nalle (1921-2005) was an organist of
extraordinary scope who campaigned for acceptance of all organs and organists through his playing, his writing,
and his recordings. He wrote for the AGO journal and was inducted into the ATOS Hall of Fame in 1993. He served in
the US Navy during World War II; he worked with established musicians such as Lawrence Welk; and he contributed music to
television programs including
The Edge of Night,
Hallmark Hall of Fame, and
The Ed Sullivan
Show; he produced many recordings that are still popular today. Billy used Jerome Kern’s immortal “All the
Things You Are” as the cantus firmus in this chorale prelude and requests a performer-provided eight-bar solo at the appropriate
time. One of our most requested titles, this piece is moderately easy and a whole lot of fun.
