This Is Newly Printed Music
Edwin H Lemare (1865-1934) is perhaps the best known organist in the
art of transcription. Schubert’s Sérénade was
Lemare’s fifth published transcription, and for all of his fans, Lemare
included plenty of his famous trademark, thumbing down.
Everyone recognizes the melody of this famous song. Moderately easy.
